Alley Access Accessory

A design propsal in the works to address Tucson’s growing housing needs. This small 1 bedroom unit takes advantage of alley access typical on most lots near the university. Units like this help to activate these under-developed spaces and transform the alleys into a flourishing urban community. 2024
