Spring St. Addition

A renovation and addition combo that looks to address current pain points in a compact house. A larger bathroom more easily accommodates two people. An improved circulation provides access to the backyard. Two parallel working areas provide views of the yard. The existing overhang is extended, and a small trellis allows light in to the updated bedroom.  2025
