Projects are inherintly personal. We strive to understand the deeper context that gives each project it’s unique character. We aim to balance the technical complexities of the project with more experiential qualities of the space. With each project we learn more and new ideas filter in, fragments come together and an idea emerges after the complexities balance out.

Reseach & Practice LLC is led by Trevor Watson. Trevor grew up in the deserts of Arizona, and graduated with honors from the University of Arizona.
Trevor has taught at Columbia GSAPP in NYC, and the UofA in Tucson. He has led a summer program at the ETH in Zurich and has worked at numerous architecture and design studios in New York City, Brooklyn, Stockholm and San Francisco. Research & Practice is currently based in Tucson, Arizona.
