EAST SIDE BUNGALOW2023
This modest 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow was a colaborative endeavor with clients looking to scale down their home and move closer to famillly. The shed roof form carries water to a large scupper on the east side. From there the water falls to a basin below where it is stored undergound until its needed in the hot summer months.
The South side is shaded with a custom steel ramada, extending the space visually and protecting the patio in the summer. The North side opens up to the mountains and creates a space for the familly to gather in the shade of building.
